A perk to living in San Francisco is the Family Pass available at our public library. There are 18 attractions in the city that you can 'check out' for up to 2 adults and 4 kids for free. I scored this past week with the Zoo Family Pass. Since Ben was at work, we asked our friends Kaci and Luke to join us. We packed a sack lunch and parked on a side street making a free adventure!

It seemed like all the animals came out to welcome us to San Francisco!
90% of them were out and visible.

Elijah led us with the zoo map.
Sam talked to each of them in their native language.
Asher was thankful for the glass walls and fences that separated him from the animals.

We ended our time at the zoo at the children's zoo.
The boys brushed the goats and felt the thick coats of sheep.
The boys agree the zoo will be a place we return as often as we can.
We are saving our street money for the little train ride and need to see the Lion House and Tropical Rainforest that were closed.
