Stopping By...

God has richly blessed us! With each home we have lived in, we have given it back to God to use as He chooses. We received a blessing this weekend as 9 college students from Tuscaloosa stopped by for an overnight stay on their way back from a ski trip. We enjoyed a homecooked meal together (thanks to our dear friend Meredith!), took them to Andy's Custard, and hung out in the kitchen as Shauna cooked for a bridal shower. We heard fun stories of their ski trip and just enjoyed some good laughter! Our home is your home! Stop by or make our home your destination! Our physical location might change and is changing, but know you are always welcomed!

Per request I am posting Meredith's Chicken Spaghetti recipe and the secret to my coffee!

Meredith's Chicken Spaghetti
1 large onion
1 cup celery
1/2 cup green pepper
1 whole chicken (cooked and deboned)
12 oz. package of spaghetti
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of grated Velvetta
2 cans chicken broth

Chop and saute onion, celery, and green peper. Add to preceding, 2 cans of soups. Use chicken broth to dilute soups, 1 can for each. Add chicken pieces and cheese. Cook spaghetti until tender. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish and pour chicken mixture over spaghetti, allowing it to blend together. Bake at 325 for 30-45 minutes.
Option: Split into two smaller casserole dishes and freeze one for another night!

As for the secret to my coffee...
I sprinkle ground cinnamon on the filter before I add coffee grounds. It's the Pilgreen brew!
